About the Role

We are seeking an experienced In-Home Care Specialist to join our team in Sutherland, Australia. As a Home Care Worker with KinCare, you will provide high-quality care and support to older members of our community, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.

Job Description
  • Domestic Assistance: Cleaning homes to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Assisting customers with meal preparation and shopping.
  • Providing social support and transport to lifestyle activities.
  • Personal care, including medication management, mobility assistance, and therapy goals.
  • Respite and emotional support.
  • Social support and transport to appointments.
Requirements
  • Experience of 6 months or more in a similar role, including personal care experience.
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle – travel is part of the role.
  • Availability to work at least 3 days, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend shifts.
