About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cook to join our kitchen team at the Treendale Farm Hotel. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth service and high-quality food.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance our culinary offerings.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest feedback and concerns.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Strong culinary skills, with a focus on presentation and flavor.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
