About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Goodstart Wentworthville. As an Educational Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the educational programs and practices in your room, and contributing to the development of high-quality early learning programs across the centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs that promote children's learning and development, aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Build strong relationships with families, ensuring each child feels a sense of belonging and connection to the centre.
  • Mentor and guide educational practices in your room, and contribute to the development of centre-wide policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the centre leadership team to ensure optimal outcomes for children, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved).
