Project Management Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Expert to play a pivotal role in driving our customer's strategic initiatives and ensuring seamless execution.

The ideal candidate will oversee and execute complex projects, applying agile and hybrid project management methodologies to plan effectively, monitor, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans to resource, track, document and mitigate risks and issues
  • Ascertain internal and external stakeholder matrices, and coordinate with internal resources and external vendors
  • Manage client relationships and ensure clear communication of scope, schedule, risks and issues
  • Measure and manage project performance, escalate issues where appropriate and ensure adequate resources are allocated
  • Deliver projects end to end within scope, schedule and budget while ensuring quality outcomes

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project management with a focus on agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software
  • Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
