About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and skilled aged care provider who can provide excellent care and support to our clients. Ideally, you would have a few years of experience in the industry and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks as required
  • Engage in activities that promote mental and physical well-being
  • Communicate effectively with clients, family members and other healthcare professionals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in aged care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
