Infrastructure Management Specialist

This role entails overseeing the management of Windows systems infrastructure across the enterprise to ensure seamless, secure, and scalable services.

The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of experience in leveraging automation to manage Windows systems and infrastructure. They should also have an in-depth understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform and CloudFormation, and strong technical expertise in implementing, managing, and supporting Windows systems infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, deploying, and managing Windows systems infrastructure and associated services i.e., Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS services etc.
  • Developing and automating system processes to minimize manual intervention and operational overhead.
  • Utilizing scripting and programming languages to automate tasks.
  • Implementing and managing infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible or similar technologies.
  • Participating actively in incident management processes, quickly identifying and resolving issues.
  • Conducting root cause analysis to prevent future incidents.
  • Analyzing and optimizing system performance using monitoring and logging tools.

The successful candidate must be able to work flexible hours as required by business priorities; available on a 24x7x365 basis when needed for production impacting incidents or key customer events.
