Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our Community Development team in Darwin.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer looking for the next step in their career.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead a team and deliver civil design projects, including roads infrastructure, subdivisions, and remote community facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Civil design and project management across a wide range of projects
  • Construction phase support, design review, stakeholder management, liaison with authorities, reporting, contract administration, and quality audits
  • Liaising with engineers, designers, and drafters
  • Adhering to professional standards, ethics, and quality procedures
  • Managing clients and other consultants

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by Engineers Australia
  • Demonstrated experience in civil engineering design and documentation
  • Knowledge of applicable Australian standards, codes, and Territory requirements
  • Obtain CP Eng and NT Registration as soon as eligible
  • Eligible to obtain Defence baseline security clearance
