We are seeking an experienced and skilled Insurance Loss Adjustor to join our team.
The primary purpose of this role is to be responsible for the timely completion of accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs on vehicles. You will apply your knowledge of motor vehicles and your skills with computers while interacting with a range of people.
This position is focused on quality workmanship to ensure vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition.
The successful candidate will have experience within a similar position, including experience in the preparation of estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry.
Excellent customer service skills, including building rapport with customers and work providers, are essential for this role.
A high level of professionalism and personability, strong systems experience, and competent computer abilities are also required.
You will be responsible for managing parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness, as well as ensuring vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
This is a full-time position that offers a stable and secure environment with opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing excellent customer service to clients and work providers
- Accurately quoting vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures
- Completing quotes as required onsite, off-site, and online
- Processing vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging
- Managing suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised in a timely manner
- Assisting with production management of the centre where required
- Handing over completed repairs to customers
- Proven experience within a similar position
- Excellent customer service skills
- High level of professionalism and personability
- Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to problem solve with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
