We are seeking a skilled Shift Supervisor to lead our restaurant team in efficient day-to-day operations.
As a Shift Supervisor, you will take pride in preparing and serving fast, fresh, and healthy Mexican food with a smile. You will be responsible for leading the restaurant team, assisting in training and developing the team, and ensuring that food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard.
- Leading the restaurant team in efficient day-to-day operations
- Assisting in training, developing, and driving the team to deliver positive and memorable customer experiences
- Managing daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room, and general restaurant
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous shift supervisor experience
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- The ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to both customers and colleagues
- Ability to maintain a professional, well-groomed, and neat appearance at all times
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing customer levels as required
