We are seeking a Delivery Manager to lead and enable our teams to deliver effective lean-agile practices.

The successful candidate will provide expert advice and support on developing agile ways of working, coach teams in self-organisation, and facilitate the team's progress towards shared goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides expert advice and support on developing agile ways of working to improve business performance.
  • Coaches the team in self-organisation and facilitates the team's progress towards shared goals.
  • Removes impediments to the team's progress and protects the team from over-commitment.
  • Facilitates scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives and daily stand-ups.
  • Enacts change and continuous improvement to increase the team's productivity and quality deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-10 years' experience in IT with at least 3 years of iteration management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience as a delivery manager with an application development team.
  • Excellent knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe.
  • Ability to manage relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
