Personal Care Worker Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Personal Care Worker at Deborah Cheetham Retirement Village. This part-time role involves working either Sunday - Wednesday 0700-1500 or Thursday - Saturday 0700-1500, in the care center.

This is an excellent chance to make a meaningful impact on our residents' lives by offering compassionate support and care while working among a nurturing and diverse team.

About The Role
  • Develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families
  • Follow our resident's individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for mum and dad
  • Use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app myRyman
  • Work closely with, and support your colleagues creating a great team environment
About You
  • Certificate III/ IV in Ageing Support or Certificate III in Individual Support
