Key Responsibilities- Implement, manage, and monitor the project to meet the requirements of the grant agreement.
- Track and report on all aspects of the project.
- Build effective relationships and partnerships with a range of stakeholders, including expert clinicians, healthcare professionals, and their associations, training bodies, government departments, third-party vendors, and relevant consumer organizations.
- A formal qualification in a health discipline or related area.
- A strong track record in implementing, delivering, monitoring, managing, evaluating, and reporting on complex health projects, programs, or services with multiple and diverse stakeholders.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Experience in clinical settings or programs involving primary care, especially GPs and primary health networks (PHN), would be an advantage.
- High-level organizational skills and proven ability to deal with multiple tasks, establish priorities, meet deadlines, work within budgets, and to scope.
- Experience in dissemination methods for priority population groups, including the Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) community, First Nations healthcare workers, and rural remote communities.
- Highly developed computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, and Xero.
