We are seeking a skilled Construction Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of the construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of various construction projects.
- Operational Planning & Management
- Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
- Lead a team of Tradespeople, Foremen, and Subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
- Assist in resolving construction problems and conflicts as required.
- Review plans and construction drawings to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractors to ensure timely completion of work.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating effectively with clients, sub-contractors, co-workers, and management.
- Mentor Foremen and Project Engineers to enhance personal and company growth.
- Accountable for ensuring safety, information and planning, personnel, materials, tools and equipment, and environment in areas assigned by Foreman/Lead Foreman.
