Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at The Westin Brisbane. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high level of service quality and consistency.
  • Anticipate and address guests' service needs, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Follow the sequence of service when serving food and beverages to guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service experience, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Must have an RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume environment.
