Job Title: Depot Manager
Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to manage our depot in Perth, Australia. As Depot Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the depot, maintaining a high level of customer service, and taking ownership of all issues that require management.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong focus on delivering results.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day activities of the depot team, including handling incoming reservations, organizing vehicle check-ins and check-outs, and coordinating team activities;
- Train, supervise, and coach the depot team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively;
- Maintain the fleet and depot facilities to a high standard, ensuring that all vehicles and equipment are kept in excellent condition;
- Control workforce planning, manage inventory, local suppliers, and cleaning services to optimize efficiency and minimize costs;
- Handle complaints, emergencies, and any other issues that may arise, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently;
- Assist in reselling campervans, preparing, and showing them to prospective buyers.
- 1+ years of experience in a team management or supervisory role;
- Fluent in English (mandatory);
- Eligible to work in Australia, valid driver's license, and comfortable driving a campervan (mandatory);
- Available to work on weekends and public holidays;
- Responsible person who takes their work seriously and can be relied upon.
