Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Brunswick store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall performance of the store, including customer service, sales, and inventory management. You will also assist in managing our online store and stock, working closely with our E-commerce Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain high levels of customer care and operational performance
- Drive sales through effective communication and motivation
- Uphold the Kuwaii brand by providing leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to team members
- Manage inventory and financials, loss prevention, and average sale
- Work with the Manager and Designer/Owner to improve customer experience, product, and services
- Develop an understanding of the customer profile to enhance upsells, promotional opportunities, and sales
- Assist in managing VIP customer engagement and nurturing existing clientele
- Maintain consistent communication levels with internal and external customers, head office, and other stores
- At least 2 years of boutique retail store experience
- Proven successful experience in store sales
- People and customer engagement skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to propose innovative ideas to increase market share
