Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Brunswick boutique. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall performance of the store, including customer service, sales, and inventory management.
You will work closely with our E-commerce Manager to manage our online store and stock, and assist in driving sales and improving store results. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for fashion and customer service, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Brunswick boutique, including customer service, sales, and inventory management.
- Work closely with our E-commerce Manager to manage our online store and stock.
- Assist in driving sales and improving store results through effective marketing and promotional strategies.
- Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer data.
- Collaborate with our design and marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand vision and goals.
- At least 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales and improving store results.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of fashion industry trends and best practices.
