Customer Service Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to provide exceptional service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with warehouse and production staff to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Communicate with customers to increase orders below the minimum value or advise on delivery charges.
  • Provide technical assistance to customers, forwarding complex queries through official channels.
  • Support sales and management teams with customer-related requests or issues.
  • Inform warehouse of special customer order requirements.
  • Process credit, return goods, and pricing requests to customers according to company procedures.
  • Maximize revenue by processing backorders and claims accurately and promptly.
  • Act on credit and return requests within the same working day.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance customer service levels.

Required Profile:

  • Minimize customer order errors and implement corrective actions.
  • Meet telephony service level targets.
  • Achieve abandonment rate targets.
  • Ensure adherence to shift and break times.
  • Identify opportunities to maximize revenue.
