Job Title: Financial Services Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Services Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

  • Process daily journals, reconcile bank statements, and manage cash-in-Transit transactions
  • Organize weekly security banking pick-up & drop-off
  • Participate in month-end close-off processes and monthly general ledger reconciliations
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance Operations, or Credit Control
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive attitude, high level of accountability, and excellent communication skills
  • Desirable: Experience with Oracle
