We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Woolworths Group. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods that meet our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and bake a variety of bread products, including bread, rolls, and pastries.
- Ensure that all baked goods meet our quality standards and are presented in an attractive manner.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean and safe working area.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve our sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Australian Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent.
- Completion of a formal apprenticeship within Australia.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
