We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Woolworths Group. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods that meet our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and bake a variety of bread products, including bread, rolls, and pastries.
- Ensure all baked goods meet our quality standards and are presented in an attractive manner.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting production deadlines and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve our business objectives and provide excellent customer service.
- Australian Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent.
- Completion of a formal apprenticeship within Australia.
- Genuine passion for baking and a customer-first mentality.
- Love of teamwork and eagerness to grow and support others.
- Flexible and adaptable to change, with a reliable and willing attitude.
