Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Mine Services and Mining Superintendents to achieve production and operational targets.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by collaborating with all stakeholders.
  • SUPERVISE AND DIRECT the rehabilitation shaping process and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Act as Contract Supervisor for Mine Services contractors within the Mining Department, ensuring their adherence to company policies and standards.
  • Evaluate and improve Mine Services contractor management systems to maintain high levels of service quality.

About You

  • Necessary qualifications include a NSW Open Cut Examiners Practicing Certificate and extensive knowledge of NSW Coal Mining and WH&S Statutory Obligations.
  • Pursue ongoing training and professional development to maintain competence for the Practicing Certificate.
