**Personal Development Consultant**

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled Personal Development Consultant to join our team. As a consultant, you will be responsible for guiding individuals in achieving their personal and leadership goals.

You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored plans to help them succeed. Your role will involve conducting regular training sessions, developing marketing strategies, generating leads through social media, and mentoring new clients.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct weekly training and developmental sessions via Zoom
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies
- Generate leads through social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Organize and share information with qualified applicants
- Arrange and conduct online Q&A sessions
- Mentor and coach new clients
- Develop and maintain a strong online presence

**Requirements:**

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional capacity
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Excellent communication skills
- Background in digital marketing
- Passion for personal and leadership development
- Desire to help others succeed
- Strong work ethic and self-discipline
