Dynamic Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Seasonal Casual. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for creating an engaging customer-driven culture within your team.
This is a seasonal contract role that runs from early November to early February with the possibility of extension based on individual store requirements.
About You:
- 1 year of retail sales experience with a customer-centric approach
- A genuine love and understanding of our brand
- Energy and enthusiasm to contribute to a positive team environment
- Track record of driving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Extensive availability to work during peak periods, including weekends and late nights
