Our busiest time of year is approaching, and we need new Seasonal Sales Associates to support our store teams across the Festive Season 2025. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with people, this could be the perfect role for you.

  • Develop your sales and customer service skills in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Work closely with our experienced store teams to achieve sales goals and provide an exceptional customer experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain stock levels and ensure the store is visually appealing

Requirements:

  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and evenings
  • No prior retail experience necessary, but ideally you will have some experience within a customer service role or environment
