Research Development & Grants Officer
\You will play a vital role in supporting and advancing research activity across the sector. You will lead and coordinate initiatives that build research capability, strengthen governance, and foster collaboration across teams and programs.
\Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and delivering research capacity building activities to engage the research community and promote knowledge sharing
- Supporting the development of future workforce capacity through the Institute's Internship Program
- Maintaining and enhancing internal research systems and platforms for seamless access to information and tools
- Providing administrative support for grants as required
Candidates should have tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as health, public health, or health promotion, or equivalent professional experience and training. A strong understanding of the sector, including trends, issues, policies, and practices, is also essential.
\This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to research development activities across the state. Collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders will be crucial in achieving our goals.
