Payroll Specialist Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced Payroll Specialist to work with our team. The role offers the flexibility to work from home two days a week, providing you with an ideal balance of office and remote working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage fortnightly payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain accurate employee records to deliver current and correct payroll services.
  • Complete end-of-month reporting, including payments to relevant authorities and general ledger account reconciliations.
  • Prepare and submit payments to third parties for employee deductions.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience in full-function, fast-paced payroll environments.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, formulas, pivot tables, and document preparation.
  • Attention to detail and application of techniques for data accuracy.
  • Knowledge of current legislation and excellent communication skills.
  • Prioritization, time management, and organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with iChris Payroll system is desirable.
