We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic pharmacy student to join our team at Icon Group's flagship store in Richmond. Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-level pharmacy services to hospital staff, patients, and customers.
- Dispense and supply medications for hospital and oncology patients.
- Assist with inventory management and imprest tasks.
- Support medication delivery and collection in hospital wards.
- Complete data entry of patient-specific information into databases.
- Assist with patient account enquiries.
- Liaise with hospital staff and associated employees.
- Assist the pharmacy team with administrative and record-keeping duties.
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about making a positive impact on patients' lives. You will have strong time management, communication, and teamwork skills, and be proficient in using FRED dispense and familiar with the PBS. You will also have a customer-focused approach and a solid understanding of Point-of-Sale Systems.
Requirements- Experience in an Australian pharmacy setting is required.
- A strong understanding of pharmacy principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
