Pharmacy Manager Role Overview

Icon Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team at St. Vincent's Private Hospital, East Melbourne. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse team to deliver optimal patient-centred care in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the business operates profitably and efficiently, participating in strategic planning and operations, motivating and guiding the pharmacy team, and ensuring compliance with legislation and contractual obligations.

About the Role
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage dispensary, retail, and clinical services at Albert Street and partner sites. You will also be responsible for attending and presenting at key client hospital meetings. We are seeking a passionate Pharmacist who can confidently lead and mentor a dynamic team. You will possess a current pharmacist registration with AHPRA, previous leadership experience in retail or hospital pharmacy, excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to build effective relationships across executives, nurses, doctors, and senior hospital staff.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current pharmacist registration with AHPRA, previous leadership experience in retail or hospital pharmacy, and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. You will also need to be able to build effective relationships across executives, nurses, doctors, and senior hospital staff.
