Expert Advisor for Strategic Governance

This is an opportunity to contribute to the strategic guidance of a public sector organization.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Audit Committees, preferably within the public or local government sectors.

You will complement a capable and diverse committee by bringing deep expertise in one or more of the following areas:

  • Strategic Asset Management: Developing and implementing strategies for effective asset utilization.
  • Project Management/Capital Project Oversight: Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • IT & Cybersecurity & Data Privacy: Protecting sensitive information from unauthorized access, theft, or damage.
  • Financial Management: Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • ESG & Sustainability: Integrating environmental, social, and governance considerations into business operations.

This appointment is for three to four years, with members receiving an annual fee.
