We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Activation Director to lead our client's digital transformation journey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy that drives business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of digital specialists to deliver best-in-class service across SEM, Programmatic, and Social
- Develop and implement a streamlined and coordinated digital strategy that meets client needs
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and suppliers to deliver exceptional outcomes
- Apply a strategic mindset to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Manage and mentor a small team of digital specialists
- Proven experience in a leadership role across digital activation, specifically paid search
- Exceptional client management skills and experience in a client-facing role
- Tools experience across Google Ads, Google Display Network, You Tube Advertising, DV360, or Sizmek
- Proven ability to deliver analysis and insights in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced presentation skills and storytelling ability to both technical and non-technical audiences
