About the Role

This exciting opportunity allows you to earn while you learn, as you work towards your qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care. You will gain hands-on experience, develop practical skills, and build a rewarding career in early childhood education and care.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Trainee who can:

  • Work alongside our team to provide high-quality education and care.
  • Develop and deliver an inclusive and innovative program.
  • Apply approved learning frameworks that promote each child's identity, connection to community, wellbeing, learning confidence, and communication skills.
  • Maintain a safe environment, proactively managing risks and adhering to health and hygiene protocols.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid full working rights in Australia.
  • Full-time availability required between 6:00 am and 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
  • A demonstrated interest in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Currently enrolled in or interested in completing a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Eligible to apply for or hold a valid NSW Employee Working with Children Check.
