Join Our Team as a Trainee in Early Childhood Education

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a trainee in early childhood education. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to pursue a career in this field and make a positive impact on the lives of young children.

As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced educators and contribute to the educational program. You will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with children, families and fellow educators, contributing to the educational program, observations and documentation, assisting other Educators in the room, maintaining positive working relationships with team members, communicating effectively with parents, preparing play and learning materials for daily experiences, guiding children through daily routines and rituals, developing a genuine interest in a long-term career with Early Childhood Education, committing to a 12-month traineeship program, possessing the right to work in Australia, demonstrating a passion for early education and willingness to learn, and exhibiting excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families and fellow educators
