Business Support Manager

The State of Queensland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Business Support to lead the ICT Business Support stream. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering best practice business support services in the areas of planning and governance, procurement, financial and management accounting, human resources, and general administrative support for the Information, Communication & Technology (ICT) portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the ICT Business Support stream to deliver high-quality business support services.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to the Executive Director ICT and ICT business units.
- Manage key ICT business services that support the QAS in delivering quality, timely, and appropriate pre-hospital care and transport services.
- Develop and implement practical and effective governance arrangements for corporate support functions.
- Implement organisational change and service system reforms in a complex operational environment.
- Highly developed leadership skills with experience in coordinating, managing, and delivering business support services.
- Demonstrated highly developed communication, negotiation, consultation, and collaboration skills.
- Proven success in developing and implementing governance arrangements and organisational change.
- Demonstrated commitment to promoting a fair and ethical workplace, employment equity, cultural diversity, and occupational health and safety.
