Job Title

A highly sought-after tax and business services professional is required to manage financial statements, tax returns, and statutory compliance for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be a trusted client liaison, and possess proactive, detail-oriented, and outcome-driven qualities.

About the Role
  • Prepare financial statements and tax returns for clients.
  • Manage BAS, FBT, GST, Payroll Tax, and other statutory compliance.
  • Assist with tax planning, entity setups, and business structuring.
  • Maintain and grow strong client relationships.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Allocate, review, and manage the workflow of junior accountants.
  • Mentor team members and ensure timely, accurate outcomes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in tax and/or business advisory.
  • Confident communicator and trusted client liaison.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and outcome-driven.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership or review role (desirable).
  • SMSF knowledge (desirable).
