  • Coordinating services to elders in their home, employing a 'client needs' mentality">
  • Coordinate the delivery of in-home services to elders living at home according to stakeholder requirements, quality standards, and program guidelines">
  • First point of contact for clients for service arrangements">
  • Representing the organisation externally to engage different stakeholders">
  • Manage and facilitate the transfer of information across all stakeholders efficiently">
  • Support Personal Care Assistants in the delivery of services">

Qualifications:

  • ">
  • A qualification relevant to the role and function of this position such as a certificate III in Business Administration, Aged Care">

Experience:

  • ">
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft suite of programs including high level experience in Excel, Word, and Outlook">
  • High level administration skills, including data entry, and computer operations">
  • Knowledge of the Home Care Standards and compliance">
  • Working understanding of Occupational Health and Safety requirements">
  • Working knowledge of employment Awards and EBAs relevant to Direct Care staff">
  • Understanding of the ageing process">
  • Previous experience in rostering and coordinating, preferably in Aged Care services environment">
  • Experience with Client Management Systems, such as AlayaCare">
  • Previous experience with general office duties and inbound calls">
