Digital Specialist Role Overview

The Digital Specialist will champion premium digital communication activities for Australia and New Zealand regions to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.

Driving market research, residential, commercial and consumer behaviours, and market competitors to execute and optimise effective multi-channel digital marketing strategy.

  • Initiate a broad range of digitally-focused marketing activities contributing to consumer acquisition and brand awareness.
  • Working both autonomously and collaboratively developing engaging and relevant content to enhance the brand and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market research and competitor analysis.
  • Multichannel digital marketing strategy execution and optimisation.
  • Developing and implementing engaging content across various digital channels.
  • Collaborating with specialist digital teams, agencies and parent companies.
  • Monitoring website ranking through Google Analytics and SEO.
  • Managing social media channels and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Coordinating SEM/Google Search & Display management and agency management.
  • Providing excellent consulting, writing, editing, presentation and communication skills.
  • Project management with attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a digital product marketing role.
  • B2B and B2C marketing experience, campaign and community experience.
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, customer-orientated, good multitasking and organisational ability.
  • Experience working with EpiServer, Google Analytics, SEO, social analytics tools, MS Office, databases, CRM or similar.

Preferred Skills:

  • Video production experience.
  • History working within a Global HQ Team.
  • Design skills including Photoshop, Indesign, and video editing.
