Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Educator, you will play a key role in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children aged 0-5 years.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and contribute to maintaining high-quality care standards.

  • Developing and implementing engaging educational activities and projects
  • Maintaining accurate records of children's progress and development
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamwork

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Children's Services
  • An understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven sector experience working with children aged 0-5 years
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • First Aid certificate
