About The Role

This is an On Call Casual opportunity across Monday to Friday and all shifts, offering flexibility and adaptability in your work schedule.

As a Casual Childhood Educator, you will be a collaborative member of the team, working closely with educators, children, and families to build strong relationships and inspire young minds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times
  • Facilitate learning experiences for your allocated group of children, promoting their individual strengths, interests, and preferences
  • Assist in the observation and evaluation of children's developmental progress
  • Design and implement activities to be included in children's developmental program
Key Skills And Requirements:
  • A recognised Certificate III or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Experience leading and developing age-specific programs and routines
  • An approved Working with Children Check
  • Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and First Aid Certificates
