Role Overview

The Assistant Operations Manager plays a key role in supporting the Operations Manager in maintaining the centre to maximise customer and retailer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, ideally within shopping centre facilities management.

They will be known for their solid technical knowledge of building operations and legislation, including regulatory compliance, contractor management capability, and workplace health & safety.

Strong project management skills and an understanding of managing project costs are essential.

The Assistant Operations Manager will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships to deliver positive outcomes.
