About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Assistant Manager to support the Operations Manager in maintaining our centre to maximise customer and retailer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the maintenance of the centre to ensure it meets agreed standards.
  • Support the Operations Manager in the day-to-day running of the centre.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with centre stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of centre strategies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within shopping centre facilities management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building operations and legislation.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage project costs.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with the team.
