We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Tour Guide to join our team at Kingfisher Bay Resort on K'gari (Fraser Island). As a Tour Guide, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences to our guests, showcasing the natural beauty and unique attractions of the island.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver guided tours to guests, highlighting the island's iconic spots, including Lake McKenzie, Eli Creek, and the Maheno Shipwreck.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of the island's history, geology, and wildlife.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of guests at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Hold a current First Aid Certificate.
  • Hold a current MR driver's license and QLD Transport Driver Authorisation.
  • Previous guiding experience is highly regarded.
  • Tourism qualifications will be highly regarded.
