Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our operations, with responsibility for finance, human resources, safety, compliance, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the organisation in alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Oversee finance, human resources, safety, compliance, and business development functions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with industry partners and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure continued growth in key market segments.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership presence and ability to inspire teams.
  • Deep commitment to safety and regulatory excellence.
  • Commercially astute with a track record of delivering sustainable growth.
  • Comfortable with hands-on operational engagement and high-level strategic planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • A minimum of 2500 hours total flight time.
  • 150 hours PIC (including ICUS) under the IFR.
  • 500 hours PIC on PA31, C414 or type with similar performance.
  • 100 hours at night.
  • 300 hours multi-engine instructional flight time.
