The Paid Ads Specialist will be a crucial part of our growing Performance Marketing team, working on paid media campaigns across social channels, with a focus on Facebook and Instagram.

Job Summary:

  • We are looking for an experienced Paid Ads Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on paid media campaigns across social channels, with a focus on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Implement campaign strategies in collaboration with our Head of Digital.
  • Drive lead generation & brand awareness through effective ad campaigns.
  • Analyse trends and competitors to increase website traffic.
  • Collaborate closely with Facebook and Instagram advertising platforms.
  • Launch and optimise various social ad campaigns to achieve desired results.
  • Manage client expectations around timelines and delivery.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports for clients on key performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC industry trends.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Marketing or a related field is required.
  • Proven understanding of PPC and SEM marketing principles.
  • Experience working specifically with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Background in managing social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A strong team player with the ability to think creatively.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond.
