Cafe Support Staff

Seeking a Cafe Support Staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer experience
  • Assist customers with questions or queries
  • General cleaning duties

Required Skills:

  • Coffee making experience preferred
  • Approachable demeanor and good communication skills
  • Outgoing and friendly personality
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required
  • Good attention to detail and cash handling skills
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

Preferred Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months coffee making and serving experience
  • Minimum 6 months fast food or restaurant experience
  • Australian work rights valid for at least 12 months

Working Conditions:

  • Rotating roster including some weekend shifts
  • May include evening shifts

Health and Safety:

  • Full COVID-19 vaccination
  • Masks worn as per NSW Health guidelines
