Job Opportunity: Community Development Specialist

This role offers the chance to make a real impact in community development, working closely with sporting clubs and community organizations to build their capacity and success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering strategies and projects that drive positive change in the community.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the growth and sustainability of local sports and community groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement community development programs and projects.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including sporting clubs and community organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver initiatives that meet business objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of new strategies and policies that support community development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in community development, sports management, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to develop and manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Initiative, judgment, and decision-making skills, with a focus on analysis and data-driven decision making.
