- As a Behaviour Support Area Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and guiding your team to provide exceptional care and services.
- You will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies that promote positive behaviour change and improve client outcomes.
- Develop and implement behaviour support plans that address individual client needs and goals.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Provide training and coaching to team members on behaviour support principles and practices.
