Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and meticulous professional to join our team as a Compliance Coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to take ownership of the role with confidence.

The Compliance Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring high percentage of on-time compliance with ATO, including annual, quarterly and monthly lodgements. This involves contacting ATO for various clients' compliance related matters and ensuring client records on ABR are up to date.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ATO compliance and reporting directly to the Manager.
  • Ensuring high percentage of on-time compliance with ATO.
  • Contacting ATO for various clients' compliance related matters.
  • Updating client records on ABR.
Requirements
  • Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • The confidence to take ownership of the role and demonstrate initiative.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the position.
  • Ability to build professional relationships and confidently engage with clients and team alike.
