Job Description

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll partner with the Store Manager to lead the team and drive operational and sales performance. You'll review store and team member performance regularly and collaborate to formulate action plans. You'll be a brand ambassador, creating personalized experiences for customers and employees alike, ensuring high engagement and sustainable revenue growth.

A bit about your responsibilities...

  • Experience in commercial supervisory/Assistant Store Manager role
  • Strong commercial acumen to support the Store Manager in running the store and leading teams to achieve revenue targets
  • Fashion or trend-oriented with strengths in visual display and stock optimisation
  • Operational agility with a strong inventory management capability
  • Consultative selling experience with proven ability to train and coach in the art of consultative selling
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of implementing ideas to improve store trade
  • Strong delegation skills to drive team productivity

We're looking for someone who can create, collaborate, and implement ideas to improve store trade.

Salary and Incentives:

$64,000 plus super, and generous monthly performance incentives (circa $11kpa)
