We're looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to join our Maroochydore Sleeping Giant team and inspire greatness every day

What you'll do:

  • Lead & Inspire: Motivate and mentor your team to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Drive Success: Set the standard for excellence, ensuring your store meets and exceeds key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure your store runs like clockwork.
  • Customer Focus: Be the go-to person for customers, creating memorable shopping experiences that build loyalty.
  • Grow & Develop: Train and develop your team, fostering a positive and high-performing store culture.
  • Implement & Adhere to Policies: Efficiently implement and uphold business procedures and policies to maintain operational consistency and compliance.

What we're looking for:

  • Leadership experience: A proven leader who can bring out the best in their team.
  • Retail expertise: Solid retail experience, ideally in furniture, homewares, or a related industry.
  • Sales-driven: A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Customer-focused: Someone who understands the importance of a great customer experience.
  • Team player: Collaborative and ready to support your team every step of the way.
